MEMBER INFORMATION

Jeremy Wain Hirschberg is a biologist working in the Mason Lab at Weill Cornell Medicine, conducting genomic and metagenomic research for space missions. Previously, Jeremy worked in diagnostics, developing novel lateral flow immunoassay technology for the detection of Covid-
19, influenza and other biological targets. Now, he aims to apply a biotechnological approach to address the challenges of the future in sending humans to space environments, and answer questions about the past in analyzing historically significant artifacts.
